Puff Pastry Cheese and Mushrooms on Angula With Pineapple an Canónigos Braised

Ingredients:

For 4 People:

4 sheets of filo pastry
200g of Paiva soft cheese
150g fresh Pluerotes mushrooms
1 clove garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
200g Mixed salad of Rucula and Canónigos
Fleur de Sel
Balsamic vinegar
4 slices of pineapple

Method of Preparation:

Cut the mushrooms into strips and sauté with garlic and olive oil and temper.
Bend the sheets of filo pastry into 4 and brush them with olive oil between each fold.
Place in the center 1 / 4 of the mushrooms and the Paiva soft cheese.
Fold in 4 and bake at 170 º c for 10 minutes.
Braze the pineapple in a frying pan with a little olive oil and temper with Fleur de Sel.
Temper  the arugula and Canónigos with fleur de sel, olive oil and vinegar.

Ingredients:

For 6 units
50 g of soft cheese Paiva
150 g Sugar
2 eggs
50g grated coconut
Zest of 1/2 Orange

Method of Preparation:
