DIVINUS AZEITÃO CHEESE D.O.P.


 

The DIVINUS Azeitão Cheese D.O.P. is produced from raw sheep's milkthat is coagulated with cardoon thistle instead of traditional animal rennet. Its very particular and appreciated organoleptic characteristics, are closely linked to the flora of the Arrábida Hills grasslands and the use of a variety of thistle flower, spontaneous in the South (Cynara cardunculus L.). Presents a yellowish, buttery and creamy texture, with little or no eyes and close texture, easily deformable. The flavor is typical, clean and unmistakable. Defined as a mixture of sour and salty, with the presence, almost imperceptible of some acidity and spicy, making this a truly unique flavor.
Produced in new the plant at Algeruz, Palmela.
The maturation takes place at a minimum 20 days.                                                         
                                   

GOAT CHEESE WITH CHILI - PAPRIKA

Goat's milk ripened cheese with chili-paprika. Presents truly unique features such as a well-connected, semi-hard and creamy texture, with an intense bouquet and a very aromatic and spicy flavor.
The maturation operates a minimum of 6 weeks.                                                               

SLICED CHEESE WITH CHILI - PAPRIKA

Unique and innovative high quality cheese.
This cheese comes from a surprising and delightful incorporation of Chili-Paprika pieces in the buttery texture of the Flamengo traditional sliced cheese.
It is a cheese with a smooth texture, unique and intense flavor, with lots of personality, designed for the most selective tastes.
The maturation operates a minimum of 4 weeks.                                                               

GOAT CHEESE WITH BLACK PEPPER

Goat's milk ripened cheese with crushed black peeper inside the texture and coated with black peppercorns.
Presents an intense and spicy taste, with a semi-hard, well connected  light yellow texture. Elaborated  to the  lovers of more intense flavors and tastes. 
The maturation operates a minimum of 6 weeks.                                                               

SHEEP CHEESE WITH PROLONGED MATURATION

The origin of the Sheep´s milk cheese is lost in time.
Paiva recovered an old tradition and presents a semi-hard, well-connected and close texture cheese, with a pleasant bouquet and long, slightly acidulous, clean and strong taste. Coated with Paprika.
The maturation operates a minimum of 90 days.

Unique and innovative Flamengo cheese. This cheese has a surprising and delicious buttery texture, enhancing the flavor and characteristics of the traditional Flamengo.
It is a cheese with a smooth texture, unique and intense taste, with plenty of character, dedicated to the most selective tastes.
Spherically shaped, is available in both whole, halves and quarters.
The maturation operates a minimum of 4 weeks.
